Ke Cui, MSc
Lab Manager
Since 2005 I have been working in Douglas Hospital nearly 20 years. Working as a research assistant in Dr. Giamal Luheshi and Dr. Sylvain Williams laboratories, I gained lots of experience on working in Neuroscience labs, in both terms of techniques and managements. Before joining Dr. Brandon lab, I had been working as a clinical specialist at Royal Victoria Hospital, responsible for nucleic acid tests of respiratory viruses, HIV and hepatitis viruses. Now as a lab manager, I plan and organize lab stock, maintain the lab safety and provide technical and material supports in the wet lab, as well as review Animal Use Protocol, cooperate with animal facility to care for animals, perform animal-related procedures and experiments.
